Hwang-DBS (Malaysia) Berhad is the holding company of Hwang-DBS Investment Bank Berhad (formerly known as Hwang-DBS Securities Berhad) and was listed on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in May 1996. The principal activities of Hwang-DBS Investment Bank Berhad is investment banking which encompasses stockbroking, corporate advisory, equtiy capital markets, debt capital markets, private banking and treasury & markets. The provision of nominee services to local and foreign clients, dealing in options and financial futures, asset and fund management, economic and investment research and venture financing are done via Hwang-DBS Group's other subsidiaries.
